Made from the golden juice of seedless unripened green grapes of Périgord. Verjus is a natural vinegar used in traditional French cuisine since the middle ages.

Verjus is an excellent alternative to vinegar, when a milder flavor profile is desired. Its refreshing fruity acidity gives a bright note to salads, mushrooms, oysters, shellfish, poultry, roasted meat and fish dishes. Delicate, sweet-tart and clear, it is perfect for deglazing and marinades.
