Pork pâté by Hénaff

The blue tin is unmistakable. The famous Pâté Hénaff is a traditional food item in Brittany and beyond; the recipe dates back 100 years. Hénaff uses fresh meat from local farmers and includes the best morsels of pork, including the hams and fillets, to produce a pâté with an exceptionally fine texture and unfogettable taste. It is aged six weeks before canning.

Founded by Jean Hénaff in 1907, this family business has earned a premier distinction in France. Today, grandson Jean-Jacques claims the key has been strict adherence to family tradition and using the most premium ingredients. Only family members know the exact recipe, that has been kept secret for more than a century. Enjoy cold or hot.
