    Guindilla peppers (piparras) are used primarily in Basque cuisine in northern Spain. Picked green, and pickled in white wine vinegar, they are a major component of many pintxos, (such as the Gilda - skewered with a manzanilla olive and Cantabrian anchovy), and also traditionally served as an accompaniment to a hearty bowl of Tolosa beans (to aid digestion of the legumes). 

    These guindilla peppers bear the Eusko-Label -- guaranteeing their high quality and production in the heart of the Basque Country.
