Orders of non-perishable items totaling over $99 get FREE shipping.

 

Shipping Days & Zones

Orders are packed and shipped from Portland, Oregon - Tuesday through Friday.

At this time we can only ship orders within the U.S. to the lower 48 states, and cannot ship to Canada/overseas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, and typically expedite them within 24 hours. Depending on your location (we ship from Portland, OR) you should receive your order in 2 - 7 days. If weather conditions or other factors may affect delivery of your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible to alert you to any foreseen delay.

Return Policy

The products we offer are reviewed and selected to ensure they are of exceptional quality. Beyond our own testing, they are evaluated and used by many culinary professionals that we've partnered with over the past 10 years.
We take extra precautions to carefully package your order and insure it so that it arrives in excellent condition. If the shipping carrier has delivered items that were damaged in transit, contact us immediately so that we may file a claim and resend your order.
 

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. They must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return. If you would like to request a credit/return, please contact us upon receiving your order at 503-830-7086 or info@conservapdx.com


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less all shipping charges. 

Product returns should be mailed to: Conserva, 1720 NW Lovejoy St, #108, Portland, OR 97209. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
